I love the look and feel of these shoes! I did end up ordering 4 pairs and returning 3 before I got the right size. I can wear a 9.5 sometimes but those were too small. The 10s were also too small. So then I ordered the 10 wides and a 10.5. I have narrow feet so I have never ordered a wide shoe before. But I ended up keeping the 10 wides and returning the 10.5s because they pinched my toes even with the extra space. So I think the shoe is narrow and the placement of the design upfront makes it even narrower. While these shoes are comfortable and the color combo is great, the sizing is way off the mark! I usually take a 7W, but ordered a 7.5W after reading customer reviews. When the shoes arrived the 7.5W were way too tight! I returned and ordered an 8W. These shoes fit but are not easy to put on. I don't understand how a well known brand like, New Balance, can design shoes that don't conform with USA sizing! That is the most basic element of manufacturing shoes. The only reason I can think of is that manufacturing takes place in a foreign country who employs cheap labor without sufficient quality checks. ... show more

Very cute shoe, runs small, order up at LEAST 1/2 size. Does not feel like an $80 shoe—also does NOT feel like walking on a cloud. Lacking support in sole that I’m accustomed to from New Balance, specifically Fresh Foam series. First off Amazon keeps saying I didn’t send one of the 2 I ordered back- I did! It shows I ordered 3- nope only 2 diff sizes. I kept one and wish I hadn’t. Wore these once and the rubbing was unbearable. They also feel cheap like they’ll fall apart after a few uses.
