I had ordered these on another website (much better pricing) in my normal New Balance size. They were too short and not wide enough! As I now had to pay for the return, I chose to order them from Amazon Prime knowing sizing was going to be tricky. The shoes run small and narrow. Not only did I need to size up a half size but I had to change width from a medium to a wide. Once the sizing was figured out, these shoes are comfortable and stable. They do well for a 3 mile walk every morning. No breaking in was necessary and no blisters.

I read through a lot of the reviews before purchasing these shoes and majority of what was said is accurate. I took the advice that they run small and purchased a half size bigger. I am usually a 9; I ordered a 9.5. They look pretty and nice right off the bat. I did notice that the insides are not as soft as I would like, but still not too bad. Also, the support *that bounce you really want to feel in running/workout shoes* wasn't as good as previous New Balance I have bought. I would say support is a 5/6 out of 10. Overall, I would give this shoe a 7 out of 10.

I bought three pairs of these shoes. I have been buying and returning all sorts of New Balance shoes. Unfortunately, haven't found the right fit. I wear a 9W but like a XWide (Yet they are too big). I have other New Balance 9W shoes that fit, but are several years old. These may work for you. My feet are really hard to shop for. Can't try on in a store. Need to wear for at least an hour to see if the toes or ball of my foot start to hurt. Very frustrating. Will be returning all three pairs. They are cute and very affordable. They could work for you.

I bought a pair of these (9.5) at a store in my town, for work. I liked them so much that I ordered another pair off Amazon. Only I ordered a 9.5 Wide this time for extra room comfort just because. Well they arrived today and althoythe new ones are supposed to be wides... They are exactly the same size. So don't bother with ordering wides. Good shoes though, very cute. Not as comfortable as the 880s or 1080s, but definitely worth it for the price. I work in a warehouse on hard cement floors 10+ hours a day with troubled feet and I do great in these.

Shoe is very comfortable and great for walking (I no longer run). And I really like that they are light-weight shoes so they don't feel heavy on my feet; plus I love the light purple and peach coloring.

Glad I read the reviews. I am usually a 7.5 shoe but ordered an 8.5 and they fit perfect. Definitely run small and I recommend ordering a whole size up. I got the wide but it feels like a standard. They are firm but comfortable to walk in.
