This is my 3rd pair of New Balances and I’ve noticed the same issue with all of them…they run small. Normally I am a true 7 1/2 in all sneakers/athletic shoes so thats what I always buy when I order more New Balances but each time they feel more snug than they should, especially around the toe. I like how most of the styles have a mesh material on top but wish New Balance would make some sort of double layer on the inside of the shoe to prevent the toe from rubbing and wearing a hole in the top of the shoe like I’ve done with my other ones. PRO: So far the shoe is good for varied types of workouts. I’ve worn them for 3 workouts so far with thick and thin socks and they were comfortable and sturdy. CON: Runs small. I normally wear a 7 in women’s workout shoes, but I had to get an 8 in these. Tried 7.5, but was also too small.

My friend had a pair and I thought I would try them. They are great for my indoor exercise and dance classes as they are light. I did put arch supports in them because I felt it was better that way. Really like the look of these sneakers. Easy to slip on and they are comfortable. The only thing I don't love is they're not that breathable. My feet were very warm when wearing these. They would be good in the winter.

New balance is my favorite sneaker and I have purchased many new balance sneakers. However, this one particular sneaker seem to be smaller than my normal size 8 1/2. I do not believe my feet have grown as all my other shoes in a size 8 1/2 fit including other new balance sneakers just as they always have. These are cute and slip on easily! They are great for running a few errands. However I wouldn’t workout in these or run ever in them. Not great impact support, but perfect for a casual day!
