Go at least a half size up if not a whole. These shoes feel great, look great and go with almost every outfit. They just run a little smaller. I have narrow feet sz 8 sometimes 8.5 got a 9 and they fit perfectly.

This is my 3rd pair of Energize V3. They are lightweight, comfortable and fit well. You hardly know you are wearing them. I wash them in washing machine and air dry.

My Merrell low hikers have been my go to daily shoe because they go anywhere,. But a friend referred to them as boots, she liked my boots in a pic. I realized I needed something not quite do bold for just walking about daily. That brought me to the New Balance shoe and I wanted black. All the Merrells' are mostly multi color. I liked how the New Balance did not draw attention to my feet. I don't usually wear black pants but I just ordered a pair to see the "look". These New Balance have a pad at the back of the heel that seem to make them perfect grip no slip heels. I plan to wear them daily. Lightweight Not clunky noisy about the house. SUPER comfortable. Flexible, easy to put on and off, hugs your foot but doesn’t smother it. I wear them to teach dance classes in and they are perfect. Lightweight and comfy. The white gets dirty pretty quickly, but I also could probably do a better job at cleaning

I like the fit and comfort of these sneakers, they are attractive and supportive. I’ve owned these since Aug 2023, I only wear them for walking a couple miles a week. My only issue is that this small hole has formed in the mesh of both of the shoes (see picture) so I don’t see them lasting too much longer. I wear these for work and while they're really comfortable to stand in, the treads are already starting to peel off on the edges and I've had them for only a few months. The color is cute, but it does show dirt
