I wait tables and my usually On Clouds (sneakers) are really broken down and my feet have been killing me by the end of the shift. So I needed something black ish, comfortable and cute enough to wear with a skirt or shorts while working. First, these are super cute I got a ton of compliments. Second, super comfortable. Third and most importantly THEY ARE SUPER SLIPPERY ON RESTAURANT FLOORS. Like dangerously slippery. I wish I knew this because I wouldn't have bought them, I can't wear them EVER again to work in. I love these! I was skeptical about new balance , have always worn Skechers but needed something I knew that was in style and going to withstand swollen , wide, inflamed , flat feet like mine. I wore these for a whole weekend of walking and climbing flights at an amusement park and they did me pretty good justice while also being in trend. I originally bought these in size 8, as many reviewers suggested ordering true size. They ended up fitting tight so I returned them and ordered a size 8.5. This was a better fit overall. These sneakers are adorable and comfortable, but they definitely run small. For reference, I'm usually a size 7.5 in dress shoes and an 8 in sneakers.
