I buy this same shoe in both black and white every couple of years. The shoe is one solid color -- black or white -- without loud green, orange, etc. So it is wearable as an everyday shoe, not just for working out. This particular model fits me very well and is comfortable and durable. Highly recommend. PS - my podiatrist wears the same shoe and was very pleased to see that I did too.

Good quality general fitness shoes. They are actually more blue than shown in the picture. I don't mind making a little statement with my workout shoes though. Fit was normal compared to other training shoes I have purchased.

I'm a 8.5w 9r typically. I ordered 9r and they fit nicely around my foot, supportive, but my toe was just too close to the end for me to keep them. I just felt too much walk would make them hurt. I'd suggest going up half size. Also, had just too little arch support for me too.

I got the blue 9 1/2 wide - shipping was right on time. The box was not damaged at all. The color is exactly as advertised and I get SO MANY compliments on these. Beyond that, they are extremely comfortable. They were right when they labeled them as “Cush”. I have a mid to high arch and these are very supportive. I also do a lot of walking and I spend a lot of time on my feet and my feet were not aching or fatigued after wearing them for 2 of my 12 hour days. I went up half size to account for any swelling and also got the wide - this gave me the perfect amount of room in the foot box (absolutely no squishing of the toes). Very happy with this purchase and thought about ordering the white pair too since I love these so much!

The above picture are my older ones that got too dirty! My first New Balance walking shoes I bought at an Academy Sports store in the Houston area, and they fit perfectly from day one. Then we moved to the Texas Hill Country. Then I bought a pair of 493V3 ones-that have a lot of fabric to them, and they also fit perfectly, and I still have those-although they have a hole in a toe from using a toe separator for a time that was too wide. Then I ordered the New Balance 411V1 on Sept. 14, 2021 and they also fit perfectly, and I still wear them and have them on now, but there’s a lot of dirt out at our new house, and they’ve gotten dirty, and cleaned them, but this dirt just doesn’t get completely out! SO..I wanted a brand new pair that I would never go outside in! (I’ve always ordered white ones). BUT these are the first ones that seemed too small in the toe area, and by the middle of the day they hurt my toes so bad that I had to take them off and wear my older shoes. I gave them plenty of chances-although all my other New Balance shoes NEVER hurt any part of my feet-EVER!! So I’ve already returned them, and ordered another pair. Will send an update on those when I get them. By the way, my shoe size is 6 1/2 medium in all of them. Even the ones that I’ve returned. UPDATE: I ordered another pair in 6 1/2 medium- thinking that the first ones were just mis-sized. They also were too narrow in the toes, so I returned them, and that time I requested a 6 1/2 wide. They fit perfect, just like my older ones! Wish I would’ve taken a picture of the narrow ones next to my old ones. My guess is that they’ve started making these shoes narrow in the toe area lately. Hope this helps others who wish to buy these.
