I really liked these sneakers. They are made quite well. The sole is soft, they sit comfortably on the foot. There is no glue visible at the joints, you can see it in the photo. There is nothing to complain about. I recommend buying. Size 10 fits true to size.

I bought these in size 10.5. They fit true to size if not slightly tight. The cushion soles are comfortable but not quite as good as the 840 sneakers. Over all I would recommend these sneakers especially at this price point. Ken

Very hard soles. These have no business being called “running shoes.” If you’re running on pavement soles need to absorb impact to minimize injury. These are the hardest soles I’ve ever felt on a “running shoe.” You foot lands with a hard ‘thunk’ I’ll be returning and going back to Sketcher Max Cushions. What happened to you New Balance? You used to be cool.

I really like these New Balance Fresh Foam 520 V9 running shoes. They fit well, feel light on the feet, and look great too. Overall, they’re comfortable for walking and casual wear. However, there are a couple of things that kept me from giving a full 5 stars. First, the sole isn’t as foamy or bouncy as I expected, especially during runs—it feels a bit flat and doesn’t absorb impact as well as I’d like. Second, there’s a bit of arch support in the middle that pokes into my foot, which can get a little irritating after a while. Aside from those small issues, it’s still a solid and affordable running shoe.
