The slip resistant sole is excellent in a commercial kitchen with wet floors. These are truly, no-slips. For durability, they are pretty much done in six months. Try to keep the uppers dry or they will break down rather quickly, especially around the front of the shoe where the toe kick meets the the upper. They are comfortable, but for 90 bucks I was hoping I could get more mileage. I will continue to buy...I use Super Feet insoles (green) and the setup works well. For those of us who have been stomping around on concrete for almost 40 years, it is really tough to find a shoe that will "check all of the boxes", and my feet are pretty beat up. Thaws fit nice, good slip resistant, been wearing about 9 months had to replace insoles but I am on my feet 9hrs a day just now starting to show there age. But I don’t get them wet to often they are not waterproof if you get them wet so will your feet.

These are my comfortable "dad shoes". I like NB and have had several pairs of these shoes over the years. I have large feet and NB comes through with sizes big enough for my feet. Maybe not the most stylish but they are the most comfortable.
