  • Great Fit!
Color: Nb Navy/Thirty Watt/White Size: 10
The New Balance are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn! The FuelCell midsole provides amazing cushioning, and the design supports natural movement with every step. They’re perfect for long walks or all-day wear, and the sleek look is a bonus. Highly recommend for anyone who values comfort and durability! ... show more

  • Best shoes I've ever owned
Color: Black/Team Red/Silver Size: 14 Wide
UsuI usually don't write reviews, but this time I'm making an exception. These are by far the best and most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I walk a lot at work, usually around 24,000 steps a day, and I bought these because they looked like they had great support, and man, it feels like I'm walking on clouds. Very lightweight too. I've been wearing them for about 12 weeks now, put at least 300 miles on them, and they're still working great, worth every penny. Pretty good looking too. ... show more

  • Well designed
Color: Nb Navy/Thirty Watt/White Size: 11 Wide
I have been purchasing another popular brand of running shoes for many years and since my running days are behind me, I decided to try New Balance walking shoes. Many of my friends, who walk as much as I do, swear by NB. I take advantage of Amazon's "try before you buy" with clothing items and shoes. Since this item was available I decided to try them first. I received them yesterday, 2/4/24. Immediately, I noticed the difference in comfort and fit. I am 75 years young, I need both comfort and support in my shoes/sneakers and these deliver on both. I wear custom arch supports as well and sometimes certain brands do not accommodate them, however, these NB's do. In fact I do not even know that my supports are in these walking shoes. I usually wear a 10 - 10.5 regular depending on the brand. Amazon recommended this size (11 wide), however, I thought the 11 wide would be too big so I ordered a 10.5 wide. They were too tight, especially when I used my arch supports. I returned those and ordered the 11 wide and the fit is amazing. I am now a New Balance devotee! ... show more

  • Great walking shoes
Color: Nb Navy/Thirty Watt/White Size: 9 Wide
I’ve been using the New Balance golf shoes so I was pretty confident of the fit before purchasing these for walking and using them in the fitness center. The cushioning and comfort for these are superb. When walking , its construction allows landing on the balls of my feet and avoids a heel strike which puts more stress on my knee's. I’ve just started using these but so far, I’m very satisfied. ... show more

  • Worn for about 3 months now
Nice comfort, still required foam inserts for my liking. Color is as displayed, good arch support. They’ve held up well thus far. I would recommend.

  • Best purchase I’ve made!
Great price, looks, support, lightweight, fit and still looks brand new. I wear it for workouts and treadmill fast incline walking three times a week. I’ll most likely order a 2nd pair in case it’s discontinued. Awesome shoe thank you!

  • Narrower than listed width, very poor comfort, poorly manufactured
Color: Black/Team Red/Silver Size: 10 X-Wide
Item: New Balance 626 V2 Men's Size: 10 XX-Wide Status: Returned Recommendation: Not recommended Detail: How New Balance has gone down hill over the years. The last decent shoe I had from New Balance was the discontinued 847 V4. However, this review is for is for the 626 V2. The length is spot on. However, the width is not XX-Wide. I would venture its more like X-Wide at best. The shoe is also uncomfortable because of the poor width and limited toe room. Nike and Adidas have always focused on athletes with long and narrow feet. They have also charged a premium for their athlete branded shoes. New Balance used to be a shoe company that targeted those of us with wider feet, I'd say about 50% of the population. They also were reasonably priced, well engineered, and well manufactured. Fast forward to today. New Balance has forgotten about us 50% of the population. It is oddly targeting Nike and Adidas customers, at roughly 80% of the cost and 50% of the quality. Seriously, you will see multiple glue marks at the seams. If I had a narrow foot I'd buy Nike rather than New Balance as New Balance isn't in/cool/hip/radical/etc and never will be without Jordan/LaBron/etc and Nike quality design/build. It amazing New Balance is still in business. I will never purchase another New Balance shoe again and encourage those with wider feet to consider APIS, Drew, Propet, or Skechers as they are more like what New Balance used to be, especially Propet. ... show more

  • Terrific shoes for walking
Color: White/Black/Castlerock Size: 13
Very comfortable. Terrific cushioning when walking. Just bought a second pair. Note however that you must loosen the laces alot to get your foot into the shoe. And the laces are the cheaper thin-flat type.
