The shoe looks pretty and feels quite nice. The foam in the shoe gives good heel support propelling me forward a little bit. It has good breathability allowing my feet to stay cool. I would not recommend the shoes for physical labor as it is lightweight and bright. Solid choice for clean work.

As Amazon driver I’m on my feet for most the day and these shoes are great, the quality is standard but won’t wear tear for awhile, the cushion on the bottom is very nice, and I recommend you get true to size. Excellent shoe...but they run 1/2 size small!

I LOVE these shoes! But know that they run small in length. After returning the New Balance 680 v8 due to running small and lack of lateral stability, I got these size 10 (normally I'm 9.5), and they fit perfectly. Plus, there's much more lateral stability. I also really like the design. Soles are thick, but that's the trend now (not really a problem). Five stars if they were sized properly! ... show more

Great for walking, great value

I'm a 54M and almost 250 lbs. I have been walking in the past with New Balance 860s which typically cost about double of the cost of these 520s. The 860s are a bit wider for side to side support which I really find I don't need for just walking on sidewalks and streets. The 520 shoe is lighter and at first I was a little afraid about how stiff it was but apparently my old shoes were pretty worn in :-) After walking on these for a couple weeks I can say these are a great deal and I enjoy walking with these shoes. I would buy again. Per Amazon recommendation I am usually a size 9 and the site recommended size 9.5 which is a good fit. ... show more

Not for the serious walker

I do A LOT of walking at work and needed to replace my NB 680 shoes so I tried these out. Comfortable but after just a month the entire middle section of tread on the sole is worn smooth. It’s more of a foam material and. It rubber. Might be ok for the occasional stroll around the park but not for continuous heavy use. ... show more
