I have a hard time finding my boyfriend shoes in his size 11.5 Extra wide. No one and I mean no one has extra wide shoes that you can walk in and purchase. If they do, believe me it’s the bottom of the barrel! Ugly shoes and maybe one brand and one pair total. Sometimes he has ended up buying something he doesn’t like just for the purpose of having new tennis shoes on his feet and he would wait until his pair was falling apart bc who wants to purchase shoes you absolutely don’t like! Searching online hasn’t always been much different. For example some brands could do much much better! Nike currently has maybe 2-3 pairs of mens tennis shoes in an extra wide online, adidas isn’t much better. We spent $250 on a pair of Hoka’s but he won’t wear them everywhere bc they cost so much he wants to keep them nice. Finally tho NEW BALANCE CAME THRU FOR US! He has picked out and purchased two new pair of these shoes in different colors. I bought him a pair for Christmas 2022 and his birthday January 2023! He loves them that much! I’m just glad he has a smile and is actually proud of the way his shoe looks when putting them on! He keeps them in their original box and cleans them everyday before putting them away. He might end up a sneaker junkie after all! Thanks New Balance.

I walk at least 5 miles per day and these shoes are good for about 3-400 miles before the foam becomes too compressed to give any comfort. They are extremely comfortable for me. 77 years old, 195 lbs.

The New Balance shoes were ordered in wide to accommodate my feet issues. They fit great. It feels as if I am walking on clouds and I no longer have the pain of walking I experienced with other shoe brands.

I’ve worn trail boots and shoes for decades. There are two features that the best have that these shoes do not. One is a firm but flexible element in the forefoot to protect shield the foot from rocks. The other is mud shedding soles. This shoe seems to have neither. Luckily I use these for casual wear, but when walking my dog early mornings in the dew moist park the soles collect a lot of mud, which is a nuisance. As a casual shoe the are fine. But only three colors use a water-resistant “mesh”, which should be a default for a trail shoe.

My son loves the shoes! The material is much better than his other New Balance sneakers which rip easily and stink once they get wet. These are easy to wipe clean and won't stay wet. The tread sole is also a plus for him as he uses them for P.E and football practice. Definitely recommend!

Firstly, they are a smidgen on the narrow side. This is my 2nd pair and the wide width was too much. Guess Goldilocks won't get her just right. Price is great and think I'll order a half size up the next pair to see if that helps with a bit of the toe squeeze. Tread could last a bit longer, but I'm a BIG guy so quick wear is expected.
