Bought these for my dad for Christmas. He is obese and so his shoes do not last long as he apples so much pressure that the inside soles wear out quickly and since his feet are so wide the shoes do not last in seam wise. They will either break easily or come apart easily. My dad is very obese so finding shoes that can withstand his need is hard. But he loves these shoes and brand. It’s honestly the only one he ever requests. Now they still do not last long but they last very long with all things considered.     • Best shoe for me for a long, long time
Amazing, I paid less and got the most comfortable shoe in years. Seems to be holding up well and I do a lot of walking. In fairness, I did put aftermarket shoe inserts (a habit I have). A smudge larger than my normal size 12 in length but the new insole compensated for that.

I'm a New Balance guy, last 20+ years. I get a new pair every 1 - 2 years. I bought a pair of these last year, and they have held up well, and never failed to deliver. Usually after the year or so, they are ready for "yard duty", but not these. Not yet. They are still comfortable and look good!
