But they are well made and the 574s are timeless, striking that perfect balance between style and function. The burgundy color looks great and matches well with jeans and a t-shirt. The quality of the materials are very nice, especially the mesh on the toe. They're comfortable and have a bit wider of a toe box than most other shoes so my toes don't feel crunched together. Shoes fit perfect… just didn’t match the the outfit… not anyone’s fault on the product…. That being said… I returned the shoes. Never received a refund…. Came back to the store 12 hours later when they opened,.. they had no idea. I love these shoes, they fit lovely, look great, and are comfy. They did, however, come with a small darker stain on the top left of my right shoe. I don’t have the patience to return it to get another pair, but other than that, they’re amazing !

These do run small and are tighter in the toe box, but I have narrow feet. They are very comfortable and I can wear them all day. Order up a size or half size if you have wider feet or plan to wear thicker socks.

With running days behind me I needed to find a shoe which would provide comfort, support and long wear for walking. This NB provides all of the above and is stylish for casual wear. This is my fourth pair and will continue wearing them until they are no longer available

We struggle to find wide/extra-wide sneakers that are also stylish for our 11 year-old, so I was thrilled to find these New Balance 574 extra-wide on here! Oftentimes we will order a sneaker (Adidas, Nike, other New Balance) that says it's extra-wide in the description, only to discover upon arrival that neither the sneaker or box indicates wide width and the fit confirms it. These are legit extra-wide and they fit my son's size 10 feet perfectly! Love New Balance and while the men's wide colorway selection is limited compared to the men's medium width and kids, these are still stylish and you can't go wrong with black! My son loves them and says they are very comfortable, which eases my stress about finding him a good fitting sneaker that he actually likes. I treat with Crep Protect right out of the box, which repels dirt and water, making them look newer for longer 😉 ... show more
