I always get size 10 WIDE...That's what these are (supposedly) I've wore them enough to where I know they are broke in and still when I take them off...some of my toes have cramps. I love these shoes. I've gotten the 520s for years! My only gripe is the shoelaces that come with it are pathetic. They're thin and let the knot slip out all the time. At some point I just used larger laces I harvested from another pair of my shoes. If it's a good price these shoes are phenomenal!
