    • Missing Parts, Incomplete Instructions, and ZERO Product Support
As many others have mentioned, my mirror arrived with no other hardware, missing the door brackets and all screws, etc. In addition, the instruction booklet provided looks like stick figure art from third grade, and is barely readable. There is no Product Support from the manufacturer; if you click on the tab, it says "not for amazon customers, only direct website orders". Even if the hardware were included, the statement of "fully assembled" in the product description is clearly misleading - and there are are no pre-drilled holes as others have also commented, encouraging you to risk cracking the mirror by trying to make your own in the small frame..     • Mirror: OK. Instructions: Terrible
The product itself seems reasonably well-made for the price (cheap), and the packaging adequate (the box was a little banged up but the mirror was perfect). It arrived sooner than expected. There were NO unpacking instructions, so you're left to yourself to figure that out. The instructions for the mirror did NOT include instructions for attaching the hanging hooks so I had to just figure that out myself. Anyone who's never had to learn such skills would have been lost. You cannot center the screws because there's a gap in the middle of where you'd expect them to go (covered with paper, so you don't know that until you try it). And if you go on the "inside" part, I think you'll screw right into the mirror. I centered on the "outside" part, and it seems to hold okay. There's no markings or anything, so I just lined them up with the pre-installed hanging loops. I may end up undoing them and adding a drop of glue (didn't occur to me until after I'd installed). I also made a couple of 1/2" squares of double-thickness of Alien Tape and attached to corners to keep the mirror from swinging when the door opens/closes. The wood seems very weak, so I dared not torque the screws down much. Looking over the rest of the instructions, I noted that there are diagrams for what look like other mirror designs, with countersunk screws and such. And very VERY short instructions for those. All-in-all, cheap is what I bought, cheap is what I got. Not unhappy with the product, but VERY unhappy with the "instructions". ... show more

    • Not As Advertised Nothing to Hang on door & Company refused to Help
I bought this specifically to hang over the door. It was advertised as "over the door" pictured with hooks. It was delivered without hooks and even if it had there were no brackets to hook it up to. I reached out to the manufacturer and was told they don't help people unless you order directly from them. I was not able to return it and would NEVER order from them again. ... show more

Seems like an okay mirror but arrived pretty damaged, the box was in good shape and it was packaged well with foam. Not really worth the time to return the item for $20, will look for something similar at Lowe’s.

    • Not the correct mirror in box
I wanted an over- the-door mirror. Received it today and am so disappointed. There were no hooks enclosed and the back of the mirror is not even set up for hooks. The mirror itself is nice, but now I need to drill holes in the door.

It seems one can't request a refund without returning a totally useless and broken item. The mirror was packaged for safe shipping which leads me to believe that it might have been shipped cracked and broken.
