I've been buying the Coffee-mate chocolate sugar free creamer on Amazon for years, so my total count of purchases is over 100. There is no grocery store near me that gives this product shelf space, so I buy it monthly on Amazon. The price stays under $5.00, for which I am grateful. I love the taste. It is like having a cup of hot chocolate, except milk is not the liquid, it is hot coffee. It is a wonderful match. I am a type 2 diabetic. I work hard at keeping my blood sugar in a healthy control range, which results in a healthy A1C. I love Starbucks Mocha coffee but it has become way too expensive and this product is too sweet (no sugar in it). That is the mistake that many manufacturers make when producing a Splenda product, as they use too much and it turns out sickening sweet. So, I blend some of this with a large container of Coffee-mate and Hershey's Dark Chocolate cooking powder. It is a fantastic blend that you can control to your own taste. I love the bite of the rich dark chocolate, Folgers medium roast coffee together with the creamy taste of Coffee-mate (cream/milk dilutes the coffee too much) with the sweetener already in it. I thought who doesn't like chocolate, right? This not that... It doesn't mix well and makes a foaming top layer. It taste nothing like chocolate. The consistency of hot chocolate. The taste is nothing close.
