Picked up these nerteo sneakers for my 10-year-old daughter. She’s got her school shoes, the ones with the fancy names that all the kids want, so these weren’t really for that. I was looking for something easy for her to knock around in at home, something she could just slide on and off without a fuss. These things hit the mark, I tell ya. The "hands-free slip-on" design is pretty slick. She just steps into them, and they're on. No more yelling about tying laces when we're just hanging out or she's running out to the backyard. That alone is a big plus for me. She says they're super light and her feet don't get all sweaty in them, so that "breathable" part seems to be true. She’s been wearing them constantly around the house and yard, and they seem to be holding up just fine for that kind of use. Now, she won't wear them to school because they aren't a big brand, and you know how kids are. But for playing, running errands with me, or just lounging, she really likes them. They're comfortable, easy for her to manage, and she actually wants to wear them. For what we got them for, they're perfect. Easy five stars from me because they do exactly what I wanted them to do, and my daughter is happy with them for her at-home adventures. They make things a little simpler, and that’s always a good thing.

My son really likes these shoes. He can easily slip them on and doesn't have to worry about tying them up, which makes my life easier especially in a rush. They are also stretchy and breathable. My son has wide feet and complains about shoes being too tight around his feet a lot. With these, he doesn't complain at all. The only issue I've noticed with them is that on the side of the shoes, they have a black strip at the bottom just above the sole. It's just decorative for the looks of the shoe, but that piece is coming unglued on one of my sons shoes. I noticed it after he had been wearing them for about a week or two so not very long into having them. It doesn't affect their function, it's not leaving a hole or anything. As far as I can tell this piece is just glued on and not stitched or anything so no rips or holes. For the cost, and how comfortable my kid finds them, I will probably order another pair when these wear out.

I got these sneakers for my 8 year old and we both love them! The shoes look really nice. The colors are bright and fun, and the design is cool for kids. They go well with any outfit and what I really like is that they are hands free. She can just slip them on without needing help or tying laces. That saves us time in the morning before school. The design is smart and easy for kids to use by themselves. These sneakers are super comfortable. The material feels soft and stretchy, and the inside has a nice cushion. My daughter says they feel good when she walks or runs. She wears them for school, playing outside, and even light sports. They are also very lightweight, so her feet don’t get tired. The shoes are also very breathable. Even on hot days, her feet stay cool and dry. They don’t smell bad after wearing them all day, which is a big plus for me. Another thing I like is that they are washable. I’ve thrown them in the washing machine a few times, and they still look great after drying.

My 7 year old grandson loves these shoes! He doesn't know how to tie his shoes, yet. He also gets impatient when he has to sit down & struggle to get his shoes on his feet. All he has to do with these is to step in, lift his heel a bit to pop the back up, put his heel down, and he's ready to GO! He also likes how lightweight they are. He says he can jump much higher & further with these shoes. The insoles are soft & cushiony, with little bumps that massage the bottoms of his feet, which he really likes. I like the thick, wider soles for his comfort & stability. These also seem to be well constructed. The perfect shoe for outdoor summer play!

She says they are very comfortable and they are holding up great so far. Got these for my nephew, they're very light and easy to put on, he loves running around in there and seem great for home sports like basketball. They seem to be made relatively well, they were the right size, and they're a good price for them.
