I mainly got this because I was hypnotized with the cacophony of colors. This uses the venerable six-barrel rotating drum system. It's relatively quick to load, but extra bits in the front will have you rotating the drum a couple times to fully load it. This feels surprisingly sturdy and heavy compared to what I was expecting. Smooth solid slide action, and minimal creeks and rattles. This fires the beefy magnum sized "MEGA" darts which seem 2-3x larger than their little cousins. I wouldn't say it's any more effective than the regular darts, but it sure is heaps more fun to shoot your friends with. By design most of the weight is at the front business end. It's not "heavy" but you might start to feel it in you wrist and forearm after a while. Great fun! An excellent way to irresponsibly spend your money. ... show more
