Improvement after weeks

when they say wear sun protection while using this and at least a week after, they mean it. apply and reapply, make sure you are not missing spots, and wear protective clothing, use a higher spf than you typically would. I missed a very VERY small area when sunscreening and that spot blistered after less than an hour outside in the evening it took over 2 weeks to heal. I typically don’t burn but I was using spf 50 after reading the back of the tube and thought I covered everywhere my skin was exposed. I probably will not continue use with this product just because my skin seems to be to sensitive for it and started to get dry and raw after single use 3 days in a row, (before the sunburn happened) so if you have more sensitive skin, skip this one or use some kind of follow up moisture barrier protection like aquaphor and strong spf

This is a gentle but effective exfoliant. Those of us with oily skin cannot use thick, creamy lotions on our skin. I use this almost daily without any irritation. Grown daughters use this on their dry skin just as well without complaints. This brand can be trusted.

I started using a few days ago but I am really impressed with the results. A little goes a long way. I had creepy skin developing on my legs and I saw an improvement in a fe days. It's just the third day, and I have keratosis; yet I believe I do see active results (brown, crusty, resent growth on forehead lessening). Directions say use once a day for two weeks first and increase to twice a day. I admit on the worse locations I use it maybe twice a day right now, with no extra irritation. Note, I've also used Over the Counter peroxide on my spots and sink tags, since peroxide works on the cat's skin bumps, ( maybe flea irritation?) ! Followed by the Neostrata. But soolyphemol Spot finisher far, so good. And this is comparing a Rx of .05 Fluticasome priopionate.! and Ketoconazole shampoo, and Gundry's Polyphenol Spot Diminsher.
