Not very stretchy, but the elastic waist is forgiving and makes it comfortable and easy to wear. I am standard size 22 plus. Flatters my small waist and standard chest, and covers the baby tummy. Very cute, flattering, and comfortable. It is also true to size! My only complaint is that the fabric is 100% polyester and it is the type of polyester that gets smelly really easily if you sweat in it. It can also be static-y sometimes.
