We ordered these for my family's white elephant gift exchange - perfect opportunity to get pictures of your cats in your family's homes. These turned out absolutely perfect and are exactly how we designed them. I was worried about 2 things- 1. Our photos had transparent backgrounds so I wasn't sure if the transparency would register all the way through to printing. As you can see by the photos, this wasn't an issue at all and the picture frames/text are freely floating and not in squares. 2. We used thin, light-colored text on the back and weren't sure how well it would show up. But it's very easy to read and there are no breaks in the printing. Highly recommend, amazing quality print and the two-toned mug itself looks good and feels good to hold. They even came 2-3 days earlier than originally expected during the busy holiday season!

This is the second personalized mug that I've purchased, and both are perfect. I purchased the first one as a gift, and my friend loves it. It has pictures of her much-loved puppy on it. When I saw the quality of the mug itself, and how great the pictures looked, I purchased one for myself with my kitties on it. The seller is very responsive to questions and resolving issues (the first one got waylaid in the mail, an the seller helped me track and find it.) I recommend them highly, and I will be buying another mug for myself. Great product and great customer service!

I just love this mug and so does my husband who received it from me for a gift. We lost a very special dog a year ago and got another one just recently. I had a photo of our first pet who he loved very much on one side with her name and the recent puppy with her name on the other side. It brought him to tears! He uses the mug every day. It is so well made and professional looking. Not junk like some items you get. Will probably get one for each of my three sons for XMAS.

We bought the 11 oz. cup (all white) with two photos on it as a gift for a relative and it arrived looking just as imagined. Photos came out crisp and colorful and the recipient loved it. The only slight downside is it took a while to get here but for the price point on this custom photo-print cup and Amazon prime shipping (meaning no add’l cost for shipping) can’t complain. Here’s the kicker. We belong to a couple of those photo-print websites where they have all kinds of this specialty photo-print merchandise stuff. I priced out the same thing with one of them. That same type of 11 oz. cup with the same two photos, purchased from a very well known photo-print website would have run almost THREE TIMES what we paid for this cup with shipping cost factored in. So, do I think this was a helluva good deal? Damn straight! :)

I got this for a gift but loved the finished product so much I am going to order an exact for myself :-) I gave this to my brother, and he loves the heat sensitive cup going from black and transitioning to the picture I chose along with the message I chose. Excellent quality of the mug. Very pleased with the quality of the photos and printing on the mug. Highly recommend. Be sure to zoom in on the people in your photo. When uploading there is an option to edit and to adjust placement of your photo. We are very excited to give this to our parents for a gift because they have expressed that they love these mugs with our pictures on them as they have shown us the ones in their cabinet from previous years!
