When I first looked at the new windows, they look like they would fit perfectly, and looked very professionally made and in appearance, but I found when tried the new window it was too small for the openings in my garage door. When the garage door windows were originally installed the window openings must have been cut to fit a larger window, which made the new window exterior and interior frames approximately a quarter of an inch too short at both the bottom and top of the new exterior and interior frames, which made it impossible fill in the quarter inch gap at both the top and bottom and make the appearance look like a professional job, therefore, I would recommend anyone desiring to order these windows, weather permitting, first remove the old window and measure the window openings, inside and out. I would also recommend that the manufacturer, NeatiEase, and the seller Amazon, make their measuring instructions clearer and to the point so this mistake won't be with future customers. I feel sure this event was both a misunderstanding by all of us.
