Based on the claim in the listing, I assumed the material would be quite a bit thicker than it is in reality. While it doesn't matter a whole lot to me, I was surprised the listing made it seems "twice as thick" as comparable products. The panels arrived in a large box and some had some bent edges that were easily straightened later. The coating on the panels seems fairly durable and should hold up well to the elements. For the price, you might consider other options.

I was very happy to find these available when I did. Because one of my outbuildings is in bad need of a new roof, and these are going to work out perfectly. I mean, it's an entire metal roof in a box, delivered straight to your door. What's not to like? I actually got the set of 20 pieces at 6 foot long. Which doesn't seem to be offered on Amazon at the moment for some reason. I've laid them out and measured, and 20 of the 6 foot long pieces is going to workout perfectly to cover my 12X10 building. With me only needing to get a ridge cap to finish it off. I really like the color of the metal roofing. It's a very nice light greenish gray color. The coating seems to be pretty durable and came without any scratches. It's not the thickest metal roofing I've ever used, but it's plenty thick enough. Especially with plywood supporting it underneath. Which is how I'll be using it. Luckily, I didn't have any issues with any of the pieces being damaged in the packaging and they are ready to go right out of the box. It does come with plenty of self-tapping metal roofing screws, with plastic seals, and a basic pair of cheap gloves. As just a warning, this is a very large and heavy package, so you may need an extra person or a set of hand trucks to move it like I did. Overall, I am very happy with this metal roofing so far. I can't wait to get it installed on my building (I'm hoping to hold out until the spring if the old roof doesn't fall in on it, lol). Based off of all of my initial observations, I see no reason not to recommend it.

I just received my 20 pieces of "twice as thick" siding panels. Let's just say I'm not happy. These panels are only .010" thick like most of the sheds they sell these days. I'm a machinist. I have the tools to check them. Flimsy. Especially for the 6' panels I bought. The panel profile isn't as advertised either, so nothing would match what I already have. What I got was not worth the money I paid for them. These will be returned. If I could, I'd give them zero stars.

So the coating was uniform when you could get the coating off... which is a chore. The screws I used elsewhere, honestly I think they included them just as a selling point as this style is more for sheds and other things of the like that are rarely made on metal. Wish they came with some longer screws to put into wood.

These panels are solid enough for light projects. I used them for our chicken coop and they are holding up well, but I'm not sure I would trust them for the most heavy duty projects. The galvanized steel does feel really durable, and I love that they’re rust-proof and UV-resistant. Installing them was pretty simple too – just cut to size and screw them in. They’re a bit pricey at $150 for 6 panels. Could’ve been a little cheaper, but still happy with the quality overall.
