My granddaughter is little Miss Destructo on shoes!! I had yet to find a pair that she didn’t destroyed within two months. She has had these since last March. That is five months now and they still look wonderful. I have to say that is a record for her she wears them every single day. well she’s going back to school in a few days and her toe is already to the top so she needs a new pair and we’re getting another pair of these because these haven’t lasted her. They are comfortable and she is a little tomboy and she runs around. She’s on her hands and knees. She is rough and tumble and if you have a little one like that and nine-year-old who is just all over the place these are the shoe for her !

I buy nautica shoes all the time for my daughter. They are comfortable and easy to put on. She doesn't complain about anywhere squeezing her. Get the shoes!

My daughter has worn these Nautica shoes almost exclusively for the last year. I usually buy a couple pairs at a time, whichever colors are cheaper at that time. They do wear through in a few months if they are the only shoes your child will wear, and she was down to one pair when a friend's dog got ahold of them. So I ordered her two new pairs that day, and this pair is too big, while the other pair was too tight. I returned the pair that was too tight, and we are keeping this pair as her back up shoes. But we ended up having to go on an emergency shore shopping trip with the pickiest shoe wearer in the world, and the only shoes she liked in the whole shoe store were $60. I have been spoiled by these Nautica shoes, which I have gotten for as little as $15, and no more than $20 per pair. I do not recommend the white ones, your child will quickly have them filthy dirty and they will not turn back to white when you wash them.
