The media could not be loaded. They arrived quickly but the first pair we received had defects on the toes of the boots. It kind of looked like signs of wear but it was only on the tip of each toe. Aside from that, the boots appeared new. I requested a replacement and they also arrived very quickly and without defect. My daughter tells everyone they’re her “beautiful shiny boots.” I’m happy that it was so easy to switch out the initial pair and thrilled that my daughter loves them. ... show more

First I’d Like To Say The Boots Are Very Cute. Nice Dupe For Uggs w/ Out The Ugg Cost. HOWEVER , I Ordered a Size 1 In The Pink Pair Because I Wanted My Daughter To Have It Through The Winter and Still Have It Through Next Year.
