My 6 yr old son is 45 lbs and wears a Tom Sawyer Youth Small long sleeve shirt for school. He needed a new one and the local clothing place was out of stock. So I purchased a Nautica Large size (6). The Nautica Large Size 6 is equivalent to my old Tom Sawyer Youth Xtra Small 5-6 size. See picture, Nautica shirt was washed and dried in this picture.
