I am a petite woman and needed an affordable option for my work shirts. Black button ups with a collar. I ordered the XL and they fit well in the torso, shoulder, and sleeves. My biggest gripe with the shirts are that they do not hold an iron/wrinkle easily. I iron the sleeves and very, very quickly where it bunches up in the fold of the elbow there are creases and wrinkles. We are supposed to have a crease down the arms of our shirt and these shirts don't work great for that as after moving the arms the shirts wrinkle quickly. I also ordered twice and the shirts are a different shade of black. For the price however, they'll make due. These shirts are softer than what you may think of when you picture dress shirts, they're not a "silky" material. But then again, they are affordable and meant for children so I think they work great overall.

"My son needed a formal long-sleeve shirt for an important event. Kids grow fast, and events don’t happen that often, so I was looking for an option that combined excellent craftsmanship and fabric quality, but at a reasonable price. So, this is an Oxford fabric shirt, available in different colors. If we were talking about a light blue shirt, I might discuss the color, but we just bought a white one, so there's not much to say about the color — it's really white! The material is durable, and it's clear that the fabric is of good quality. The shirt doesn't wrinkle, which, as you can imagine, is important for kids. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the fabric could have some threads woven into it to make it a bit stretchier, since kids are active, but this fabric doesn't stretch at all. Although, perhaps that’s a plus — it won’t stretch out of shape. The Children's Place Boys' Long Sleeve Oxford Button Down Shirt turned out to be a great choice for us. My son and I were both happy with how it looked at the event."
