Very light weight and the color is not the greatest. The black is very light closer to charcoal (grayish black with a blueish hue). They look much more black in the pictures.

I have to admit I love Amazon! You find the most unique quality products. Recently been going through I must organize the house mode and decided I needed something cute and functional for the kitchen. These decorative wooden storage crates from SLPR are so cute and can be used anywhere. Kinda remind me of something Shabby Chic but modern. I love olive oils and vinegars so I took one of the storage boxes and put a few bottles in it looks cute. For the money I feel these are priced so well . They are just so interchangeable that's what I love. The soft green stands out on my counters. Wonderful items like this help personalize a home. Super happy feel like Martha Stewart now with an organized kitchen counter! They would be perfect to pine cones near the fireplace or dried flowers. Super cute!

These boxes were exactly what I was looking for (color and style). However, they were too small for what I was trying to do. I wanted to use them as decor for a wedding (placing on the floor) but it was too small to hold up our flower arrangements. These would have been perfect because we also wanted to paint them and the color and style of the box would have made it easy to paint. I do recommend these if you are not looking for something too large. They shipped face and were packaged well.

These crates were exactly what I need to store vegetables from my garden. It's lightweight, small and easy to carry. It's not made from the highest quality wood and it's not super tough, so I don't suggest to carry rocks or throw them around. These are smaller than your typical crates but just read the description and it tells you the sizes right there what sizes these are. I bought smaller sizes because I wanted smaller sizes.
