Although they are made of stretchable material we still hang dry them after washing to prevent shrinking. Nice set of scrubs, good quality. I went a size bigger so as not to have it too tight in places, but they are still a little rrght for the pants, in hips and the shirt, at the bottom. I'm a little curvy in some places. (167 lbs, 5'3", if this will help.) No stretch or give to them. I don't like my clothes too tight. Dont want to show all my lumps 😉
