I ordered this jacket to wear in my office at work. I am no longer a floor nurse and I share an office with another person so I like to wear an extra layer because I get cold and she gets hot. This jacket is nice looking, well made and has a bit of stretch. The length is good and I like having the zipper closure. The pockets are large and well placed. The fabric is lightweight but adequate for keeping me comfortable in my cooler office. I would describe the sleeves as fitted but not too tight. I am able to pull them up past my wrist to wash my hands but I can see why some other reviewers disliked them if the couldn't pull them up to the elbow. They work fine for my preference. After my first purchase, and first couple of washings, I purchased a second jacket in a different color. I found it to be consistent with the first one. I will probably buy another at some point. I do recommend this jacket if you aren't concerned about pulling the sleeves up very far. ... show more

I am a size 16, 5’3, 180 lbs. I ordered a 3x. It’s a bit big. I washed it, in hopes that it might shrink. (It’s still in my washer as I write the review, so I won’t know whether it shrinks or not until later). Also, it would be nice if this came a little bit on the longer side, this not long enough to cover my behind, and that’s what I wanted. It’s lightweight and kees me warm throughout my shift. I love the deep pockets (2). I think it is true to size. I ordered a XL and should have gotten a large. I just wanted it to be roomy. The problem to me is the arms are long..they come down past my wrist. My fault I ordered the wrong size. But I still love it.
