I purchased the Universal Hemp Ointment in April 2023. All around the eye area was red, inflamed, itching, stinging, swollen. This started in August and finally subsided in November. I would try different products (i.e. organic moisturizers, clean make-up, moisturizers with essential oils, etc.) over the course, but always came back to the Universal Hemp Ointment. It is the ONLY product that works for my skin. I was so tired, frustrated and brought to tears with the issue as well as the promises other companies make. Hemp 4Help stands behind the promise that the product does what is advertised. The product is reasonably priced and I purchased it again in December 2023. The customer service is excellent, as well.

This Hemp Healing CBD ointment is incredible. I have suffered from severe eczema and psoriasis on my inner arms and behind my knees since I was born. I've used every name-brand eczema and psoriasis treatment cream out there and they all left my skin irritated and even itchier. A lot of products in stores claim to be organic, but actually aren't and would still leave my skin irritated. I've been to dermatologists, I think you get the point. This cbd cream actually soothed and calmed down my red itchy eczema. I put it on the arms and back of my legs and felt instant relief. I recently developed eczema on my face and I was frantic looking for something that is gentle enough for my face, and this product worked perfectly. It calmed down the itching and redness instantly. So long story short, I had an allergic reaction to Zinc, and started developing dry bunches of skin on my elbows. I know it's gross, but hang with me. Realistically quitting the vitamin that was causing the breakout was the reason my irritated skin improved, but let me tell you this stuff helped me cope until the ordeal was finally over. Works a lot like Aquaphor if you've ever used it. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is anything you lean on will get stained. Particularly any light colored textiles, khakis, etc. Aside from having to constantly watch my elbows, this product helped me deal with the itch.

While I've had some good success with other CBD creams for eczema on my hand, none of them have been able to heal it completely. I run an animal rescue, so my hands are in soap and water and cleaning solutions a lot, which exacerbates the condition. I get deep breaks in the tissue and fluid build-up under the skin in the affected area. Every time I move my fingers, the skin tears painfully, frequently bleeding. I decided to try this cream based on the reviews. The price seemed reasonable, considering the prices of other products I have tried over the past 2 years. 2 days. TWO DAYS. That's all it took. Not only did it close the open wounds, it also seems to have evaporated the fluid under my skin, started to heal the damaged skin, and as an added bonus, has completely cured the tenosynovitis in one of my other fingers. I am blown away. It smells fresh. Like olive oil and beeswax, and gentle herbs. It would be a nice candle fragrance! haha Yes, it is greasy, but who cares if it means no more pain and bloody hand?! To be able to move my fingers freely again allows me to get back to normal and enjoy my crafts, too, which I have struggled to do because of the eczema and tenosynovitis. Highly recommend this product!

After trying about a dozen different hand lotions, creams, salves, balms, etc., this one is the winner. I’ve been battling chronically dry hands from washing them and using hand sanitiser all the time. My hands get so dry that they hurt, the knuckles crack. This product is top tier in all categories: it moisturises,it heals and nurture. it doesn’t wash off completely when I wash my hands. Hands down excellent product.

I tried it for psoriasis, unfortunately it did not help.does not really stay on because it is very greasy. Not sure why it didn't work considering all the other good reviews.
