These are very attractive and realistic looking. Needed very little adjusting out of the box. Great quality, which has always been my experience with National Tree Co products. We also have their swag on our fireplace mantle and it looks very realistic. I was worried that the batteries wouldn't last long but one set of 3 AAs kept it going through the holidays, probably because the lights are LED. Without the lights they can stay up for a few more weeks and not look too holiday-ish. I would have loved a larger diameter, but these are okay, size-wise. I hung two of them outdoors on hooks which hold annual plants in summer. A much better value than fresh greens, especially since I have room to store these. We live in New England and these have endured high winds and several rains and snowfalls, and still look new. We think these look beautiful. Baskets and chains are noticeably cheaply made. **The major disappointment after spending a lot of money on ordering many of these baskets, was finding out you CAN'T USE RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES. They will not light up. NOWHERE IN A DESCRIPTION FROM ADVERTISING ONLINE OR ON THE BATTERY BOXES DOES IT STATE THAT INFORMATION. After opening all the baskets and making these beautiful arrangements ready to hang, we found a product shipping paper on "how to care for" and in fine print in the list of "do nots" is where it states not to use rechargeable batteries. Everyone knows the cost and frequency of changing batteries and we attempted to avoid that. Because of this we will not be purchasing anymore NTC products and are unsure about returning the amount of baskets we ordered. ... show more

It looks great - it is lightweight but still has 3 separate chains that join at the hanging hook, so it should be straight and stable. Was nervous that I wouldn't think it was large enough, heavy enough, or full enough. But I love it. It's a perfect size, great fullness, beautiful colors. Really looks exactly like the advertised picture once you fluff up the branches. It's light weight enough to easily lift it, yet strong enough to withstand weathering under my eaves. These were exactly what I wanted for our front porch. Festive, classic and not tacky. Easy to assemble as all I had to do was take out of the box, straighten out the chains, fluff the branches and cones and hang. Moreso, I was pleasantly surprised to learn unexpectedly that they have a built-in timer so no need to go out each night and fumble around looking for the switch.
