I bought the pack of six stepping stones and was very impressed with what I received and how my grandkids are learning without them even knowing. It's very good quality rubber that hasn't shown any signs of cracking after continuous hard play. The grip on the bottom create a stable landing and keep the stones in place. Staying put even with increased pressure from bigger kids jumping to them. Bright colors are "teachable". Not colors that kids have a harder time with...non-primary/shades of a color. Sizing is good and as kiddos get older, I wouldn't mind incorporating different sets that have different sizes. I do see one pack of 12 with jumbo stones. My kids use these in many ways creating their own games, using them as a pathway for imaginative play, doing a twister type activity/game, etc. Pricing is great for the hours of fun they provide. Hold up well. Help with coordination and balance. Fun way to be active. Teaching opportunities for colors. AND being a National Geographic product, a portion of the sale goes to education, exploring and teaching! Win! Win!

These National Geographic stepping stones have completely transformed my house into a lava-filled survival zone and my kid is OBSESSED. The floor is lava. The couch is base camp. The dog is apparently an innocent bystander. The stones are super sturdy, truly non-slip (even on hardwood), and durable enough to handle enthusiastic jumping, dramatic leaps, and the occasional superhero landing. They’re also easy to stack and store, which I appreciate when the expedition is over and I need my living room back. Bonus: my child is burning energy, working on balance, and having a blast while I get a few quiet minutes. Educational? Yes. Fun? Absolutely. Worth it? 100%. Highly recommend if you want happy kids, tired legs, and a house full of adventure.

I bought these to work on balance for my grandchildren (toddlers) as well as bring to my therapy room to make up games with my music therapy clients. They're used literally every day by my clients, and since they're the colors of the rainbow, they pattern easily with songs about colors too. The Floor is Lava is another fun game to play with them if you spread them wider apart! Very sturdy, portable, and great for toddler age through elementary.
