I am so impressed with this little set. I bought two of these for my sons to take camping and hunt for critters. One kiddo caught one bug. It was something fairly basic like a rolly polly. It was a catch and release. Yes, we could see the bug well. But what has me so impressed is how durable all of the pieces are. At one point the tweezers were used for digging. The bug-catcher-scissor-type things were used for carrying around bouncy balls. The bug habitat has been repeatedly filled with rocks and dirt. And nothing has broken, yet. This has entertained both of my boys for hours while camping. A must have for my family!

This bug catcher for kids is a great purchase! It's easy to hold and easy to view the bugs inside. The tools are a bit clunky for little hands, and I wish it had a bit less plastic, but overall, it's fantastic. My kids have spent hours and hours looking for bugs with it. Highly recommend!
