The media could not be loaded. I’m nearly 5’8” and 125lbs. Usually standard smalls are too short for me, but I took a risk and ordered the coffee colored maxi skirt in Small. I immediately tried it on, and it fits! Very flattering skirt! The elastic waist is flexible, and would fit many different body types. The hip/butt area is slightly less stretchy. If you have a very voluptuous bottom half, this is something to consider when sizing. You can see what I mean in the video. The material is lightweight and is not thick. It’s really not too thin, but the bottom of the skirt is slightly opaque. I think it makes the skirt prettier. If you don’t like the opaqueness, you could easily wear a slip underneath. The coffee color is perfect for fall! I can’t wait to wear it!

This is incredibly comfortable and fashionable. It's flowy, cool, but fine for autumn or spring, the elastic waist is comfortable but sturdy. I have an insulin pump and it's hard to find a narrow waisted skirt that doesn't pull down when I clip the device on, which endangers my infusion set in my stomach. If I was bigger it wouldn't be an issue but "standard sized" clothes usually act like it doesn't matter if the elastic moves, which sucks if you take walks with a clip on mp3 or phone clip, this? Stays where you put it within reason. I love it.

This is honestly such a gorgeous skirt. I was really hoping for one that wouldn’t be tight elastic around the waist, which this is. But I couldn’t find any that weren’t tbh. I also wanted it a little sheer, and it is! It has a lining (which is not 100% foolproof) but I think im going to cut the lining around the knees just to show a little more leg when the sun hits. I got this for Europe, so I am hoping it will be breathable enough to stay cool, even though it’s polyester. It’s a little long when low waisted, but perfect at waist height! For reference, I am 120, ~5’5 1/2, bought a small.

I ordered this in purple which is a beautiful deep eggplant, a favorite color of mine. Usually I wear an extra large/16, but figured it would be like every other garment I’ve ordered online lately— too small. When will there ever be a standardization in clothing sizes? So, I ordered a 3x and yep, it fits perfectly. I’m 5’4” and it goes to my ankles. The fabric is chiffon which is sheer, but it’s fully lined. It will snag if you sit on or brush up against something rough, so beware.The waistband is elastic and the three tiers are shirred at the top of each which makes it fit smoothly over the top of the hips, a more flattering fit than full gathers. I love this skirt! It’s soft, floaty and feminine. Thinking of ordering it in another color.

Proportionately priced is this figure-flattering long black skirt, considering that it can be worn for an evening party or a bar-hopping night on the town, ready to handle whatever booze or wine might, by mishap, spill onto it (not applicable to the red, pink, blue, etc colors available, just specifically the black color). Evening or night attire is mentioned because this variety of shiny black fabric is rather cheap-looking in daylight or bright indoor light. The skirt will pair well with similarly shiny fabric blouses or cropped tops, which is why it might be a reasonable and affordable item to keep in one’s wardrobe. I cannot attest to the durability of the fabric, as I just received the skirt today and have yet to wear for any events or parties. What I can report is regarding the size. The photos included here are my torso and upper leg regione. The waist band is wider than I anticipated as per the size chart. The waist band does not stay in place, but slides down to the hip region; although, I might prefer this resting point because I wear desi choli blouses and often show my naval and midriff. My weight averages 120 lbs. The length of the skirt is perfect, thank goodness, as I am short only 5’3” and usually my floor length skirts and dresses need to be hemmed. I did follow the size chart, and my waist measurement is 27.5 inches. The size that I ordered was too large in the waist. The skirt has a considerable amount of elastic in the waist band, which is helpful, but only time will tell how long the elastic retains its hold. I will wear this skirt to a few holiday parties, et al, and then update my review with any significant remarks that might be of use to other shoppers.
