I recently bought one of these it was put on new Holland backhoe we installed it up up above the cab so that the driver could have more light got everything installed and hooked up took it out tried it out turn the light on absolutely amazing the last thing that came on the backhoe factory were very dim barely see with them this thing illuminated 180° in front of the backhoe it was like operating it during the day these things are bright absolutely level absolutely would buy it again if I needed one recommend these lines to anybody hook up was extremely easy it's a 12 volt system positive negative absolutely wonderful I'm giving this five stars all the way even though this is supposed to go on a vehicle. Works great on heavy equipment would be great to puton front of a lawn mower to mow it night time or a tractor absolutely recommend to anybody great product. More likely in the future will be buying another one. ... show more

I bought this to install on a 36 volt golf cart.. it came with a nice harness a lit rocker switch. I swapped out the provided 12 volt relay with a 36 volt relay and used a 36 to 12 volt converter between the relay and the light. It worked, but the LED light on the rocker switch came on when the was off and went off when the light was on. The switch is defective but the rest of the setup worked great. ... show more

The light bar is very bright, but light is spread almost 180 degrees from the front of the truck which is great for shinning on the sides and upper areas where the head lights don't normally shine. NOTE:, they are not intended to replace the head lights. But excellent in highlighting a larger area along a narrow country road which will allow you to see any animals that the head light may not pick up. Will warn you that installation may not be as easy as they say, pending firewill openings on your car. ... show more

    • Decent light - crappy hardware and no instructions

This light is not bad for the money... it kicks out a lot. However, I had a lot of issues with the hardware. The tolerance between the groove in the light and the nut is way too much. If you cross-thread it every so slightly it will start turning inside the aluminum and you are screwed. I ended up having to remove one end of the light assembly to pull out the 4 nuts and find something that fit more snug. After putting in new hardware, I had a successful install. I did not use their wiring harness as I put this to replace a light on a Snowdog, which was already delivering 12 volts. Time will tell if it holds up... ... show more
