    • Good begginer drill but...
This is the first e-file I've owned so keep that in mind for this review. I purchased in May 2022 and used it approximately 5-6 times a month till about October 2022. Since October, Ive used it heavily and it just stopped working this week 😖 For $30 I cant really complain. If I had used the dust filter bit caps you can purchase separately and hadnt dropped the hand piece twice, I think it would still be working. The vibration is realitivly low while using the drill. I did find that at higher RPMs I experienced "skipping". This may be user error over an issue with the drill, but important to keep in mind. I found the handpiece a little chunky to hold at first (I have larger hands too) but got used to it fairly quickly and my hands never felt fatigued from holding it for long periods of time. My least favorite thing about the drill is the cord that attaches the handpiece to the power supply box. I found the cord tangled easily because it is a loosely sprialed cord that intertwines on itself and makes it difficult to manuver the hand piece. This happened way more when doing my own nails than working on other people's nails but is a total pain whenever it happened. I use the needle bit that came with the kit every single time I used the drill for nail prep and it is still working very well even with heavy use. I dont use the other bits that came with the kit because I prefer the other bits I purchased. Overall, I think this a good beginner drill at an amazing price point. If you dont think the cons I meantioned will bother you, I think this is a great buy for light to moderate use 🙂 ... show more

What I like, is that it comes with attachments. It doesn’t overheat and turn off/time out. It’s fairly easy to hold and has the reverse rotation button. Also, I like the foot pedal option. What I don’t like is, when you turn on the power button. It already starts turning at a good amount of speed; instead of letting you turn the knob, to start from zero, and work your way up to an increasing amount of speed! The other thing I don’t like is the cord length. It could be longer, so you don’t feel like the stretch is getting ready to pull the machine off your work space. The last thing I’m not fond of, is the way you have to pull off and put on the file heads. The instructions say to just pull out or push in, since they don’t require a chuck. Other than that, it’s a good machine for the money, and is lasting and working longer than the last two I bought!👍🏼 ... show more

No problems this unit is all you will need to make those nails beautiful. I got in and repaired both big toes and thumb nails. Wow I wish I had bought one 30 years ago. Lol. I thought I had a problem. But no it was me. If you use the foot switch?you must have the unit turn off for the foot switch to work. ... show more
