I received these in the morning and installed them the same afternoon. You can install with a basic metric socket set, but a breaker bar is helpful and deep sockets are helpful. Impact driver will speed things up. Additionally, ball joints can often be difficult to separate, so a heavy hammer and ball joint tool can be handy. I sent it back as the 3" kit suddenly became available after I ordered it. However, the spacers fit the gen 3 frontier with stock struts perfectly! The did get me approximately the lift it was designed for so I presumethe 2" spacer would as well. Looks well machined.

I bought the 3" for the front for a Pathfinder 2006 and it didn't fit! the lower link was like an 1" separated after I put it and don't want to replace anything on the car. Too bad I had it 1.5 months and can't return it, next time I'm buying 2.5" and try them before the month expire to ensure they fit. Liked the part though ... show more

High quality, machined not cast. Darn near aerospace quality finish. I like the design of these that turn the strut 180 degrees. Good hardware, nice retail packaging. Performed as advertised 2" lift. Was easy to install, lifted the rear of my truck (2011 Frontier Pro4X) by 1". I recommend disconnecting the shock which makes it a lot easier. Just note that removing the shock allows you to jack up the truck more than you should, stretching the brake and ABS lines if you're not careful
