These shoes are beautiful and just the right height. (I purchased the silver, which were surprisingly not over-the-top, but had just the right amount of bling.) But they’re smaller, not true-to-size, at least for wide feet. My feet are technically 9.5 wide, according to a professional’s measurements, but I often have to buy 10 regular/medium for them to fit right because of my high instep. I ordered the 10s in the mysoft pumps, but they were too small! I thought, no problem, I’ll just order up a half size. Except that they don’t offer size 10.5! Why offer other half sizes and not others??? I’m really sad these didn’t work out. I’m a musician and would have loved to wear these for a special show. Big bummer. I gave this review 4 stars because they’re really nice shoes and seem comfy for what they are, but removed a star because of the weird and inconsistent sizing. I hope the manufacturer starts making 10.5 and/or develops wide sizes!

The shoe is pretty and I ordered it in 2 sizes to get the best fit but for some reason the shoes heel would not stay on my heel, kept slipping off and I couldnt walk in them. I orfered the correct size then a smaller size and it still slipped off my heels as well.

I ordered a size 10 but the shoe is too long and fits more like a 10.5. I have 1 star because this seller doesn't offer the option to exchange. I have to send the first pair back and wait for a refund then purchase another pair or make the purchase and just wait for the refund. Either way it's a more lengthy process than just being able to exchange for a different size. Thankfully I made this purchase well enough in advance or I would be out of luck as these are to go with a bridesmaid dress.
