Bought these due to the lower heel. Wanted a cute stylish boot. They are true to size. I have a wide foot and they are perfect, not squishing my foot. There is not much cushion in the sole, but they don't hurt my feet. Spent a day out and about and I think this is going to make a decent boot I can wear all day without for pain or tired feet. They look really cute too! I purchased the black with brown sole. The box they arrived in however was pretty torn up. However no damage to the shoe. Thinking about buying other colors.

Love these boots. Very comfortable, true to size. I do wish the tops were a little smaller around the ankle. But other than that they are super cute boots. Love the thicker soles and chunkier heel. Would buy again!

These are my favorite boots ever! They are stylish and cute. The heel isn't too tall which is nice as I have weak ankles and am very clumsy. The color is nice and came out as expected. The size is also accurate. I wear these almost every day.

I bought this bootie because if the amazing reviews. I’ve been looking for a comfortable boot to wear to work and I was praying they’d be perfect. I’ve done a lot of research and this boot ticked off all the specifications I have, except one. The boot is cute, it’s lightweight, and would go well with everything, but there is no arch support. I have high arches and I want a boot that I can wear all the time without pain. Finding a good boot has been a challenge. If you want something cute and comfortable for a short time, this is it. For all day wear, I don’t think it’ll work unless you have flat feet.

A WARDROBE STAPLE!! Every wardrobe needs a pair of Chelsea boots. I generally wear a Women's 10 ... Ordered a size 10. PERFECT FIT!!! Not only is the fit perfect, but they are surprisingly way more comfortable than I expected!! (I have wider/athletic calves so most of my knee-high boots are either wide calf. These are shorter so calf width isn't necessarily all that much of a worry when it comes to Chelsea style boots.) *** TIP *** I highly recommend wearing them around the house with a crew sock pulled up. Just enough to get the new shaft lightly broken in. When it's stiff, it will feel like it's digging into the back of your ankle/lower calf. *** *** I love the fact that these are so simple and chic, and can be worn with practically anything!
