I love the look of this letter sorter. I have custom shelves in my office that my boyfriend made for me from 100+ year old barnwood. It is INCREDIBLY hard to mimic their natural patina that doesn't look intentional and fake. These sorters match pretty closely which is what I wanted. I didn't want something shiny or glossy or perfectly finished. These fit the bill 100%. Yes, it is a bit stiff if you want to collapse it frequently but I only occasionally do that in my home office if I need more space on my desktop or want to move it to his office to collaborate on something. Very disappointing. It is barely finished, only a thin stain. Not sanded at all so the wood is rough. The edges of each tray are sharp, like they just cut some cheap wood and nailed it together. It will be almost impossible to dust. Falls over easily. Cheap materials. "Vintage" is an attempt to describe in a nice way a product that is cheap. ... show more
