This came so easy to install. To do word art on your walls, or whatever, you need your sheet of letters or templates. It never arrives exactly as you see it, which is awesome for customization. Then you need a sheet of clear sticker. It's just clear, same size as your art but so important in your installation process. This came with zero wrinkles or crinks. The backing has a grid that helps soo much for cutting your pieces. Since they align these two sicker sheets together for you; in a nice aligned and sturdy manner, this is so easy to install. I've purchased the same type of products from other vendors and they did not bother with this small detail. It seriously a difference in night and day with both installation time and personal frustration. This site is a little more than others but, it's worth it just for this shipping fact. Dear seller: thank you for thaking the time to ship a "sticker" properly and with care. Dear Buyer: don't get turned off if this is a couple more dollars than other stores. I love the design and how nice it looks on the wall. The only issue with the product that I can note is the lack of instructions with the order. I looked online like it was suggested but didn’t find it. I think it’s easy for the seller to print it out and put a little something with the order so that everything is clear about the installation. This is a great product. My Vinyl Story company provided exactly what they said they would, plus more. Their decals are what they say they are going to be. The size is what it should be. Their attention to customer service is outstanding, as they supplied all the information you would need to get their product on your wall (or whatever surface you are putting it on) with ease. I read all their accompanying materials and reviewed the video tape they suggested, then proceeded to put the decals up while the video was playing. It went up exactly how it said it would. But even if it hadn't, the My Vinyl Story family guaranteed their product, so if by chance you happened to mess it up, they would forward another. Seriously, what else would you need? I was super excited to put this in my new office as I love motivational quotes. The size was perfect for the wall it was going to go on and the font is really cute. I cleaned the wall with rubbing alcohol and let it dry for a minute. Once I started peeling, the letters were sticking to the cover pretty bad so I just went slow and very careful. Put the sheet with the decal on the wall and smoothed it over pressing more firmly on the letters to really get them to stick. I started carefully peeling the sheet from the wall and the letters would not stick. So I stuck it back to the wall and rubbed the letters a little harder thinking maybe some heat from friction would help it release from the sheet. Some of the letters stuck to the wall but majority of them would not. Eventually I gave up from frustration and threw it all in the trash. I am fairly disappointed since this product had such great reviews and sounded easy to apply but that wasn't the case for me. ... show more

This is a nice wall decal but I had a tough time getting the letters to stick to the wall. Wall was cleaned prior to install and it was installed on flat finish paint. I have installed other wall decals with no issues. Nice decal but definitely takes longer to install and have to be a bit patient.
