my 10 mo old likes it, hes young but really likes Tomas train on tv so i got him this. it works great on hardwood but not so good on carpet witch is why the 4 stars. he cant flip it him self but he plays with it alot and chews on it. seems sold so i have no issues with him putting it near his mouth.

I bought this toy for my son's first birthday, and he was thrilled with it. Thomas rolls and tumbles with a simple push. He wanted to see Thomas tumble over and over again. He was a little frustrated trying to do it himself because if Thomas gets pushed on the wrong spot he falls over sideways, but he is only a year old so I'm sure he'll get there. Very easy to push down and make him go otherwise. On thin carpet he almost makes a full rotation and on hardwood or linoleum he rolls and keeps on going. ... show more

This is a very cute toy, my grandson loves Thomas. It came quickly. The only thing that disappointed me was it’s tricky to get to flip every time. It flips about 1 out of 5 times. It either doesn’t completely flip or it tips over. Doesn’t work quite like the video.

It’s okay. I was expecting it to be bigger and to actually flip up into the air. All it does is roll. A toddler would like this but it loses it’s edge for kids older than 3.

Purchased for a 2 year old for his birthday. The entire family loved playing with it from his parents to his 11 year old brother to his 8 year old sister to his 3 year old brother. it flips, lands upright and continues on just as it says. It works best on a hardwood floor. Ceramic tile is OK too. Doesn't work well on carpeting at all, but that is understandable. ... show more

Our little cousin Thomas love his Thomas the train engine. It's grear for a little one year old even if he is still crawling along, he can be in control of getting it to work.
