    • Why send an third grade book to a 9 year old?
There were a coloring book for the Philadelphia baseball team (we live in St. Louis), a book about a third grader (which my granddaughter laughed about), and two other books that seemed more appropriate for my 9 year old granddaughter, who reads above her level. This is a step down from the old Amazon subscription. We'll see what the next box brings, but I'm not hopeful. ... show more

I went through so many book clubs for kids before I found this one. It is about the same price as the others I found but I get more for my kiddo for the price. Absolutely loving the book club and do is my little.

We got this for our 9 year old. He is really into reading, but can be specific in what he likes. I was a little nervous that he wouldn’t like the books that were sent but to my surprise, he liked them all! I’m glad I did my research and chose this book subscription! We are very happy with it!
