Excedes my expectations, got this for my partner and now I’m going to but more for my siblings. Performs well. Uses 3 AA batteries, need a small screw driver for it. The screen is amazing & the set up is easy. Good size, can easily grip It in my hand (female, as reference ). 4 levels of volume. Good button spacing. May need reading glasses to see the screen. Good portable size, but I’d try to get a case or bag for it to keep it safe (or just the OG box too tbh). Overall, 100%, A++. (And I’m hella picky) ... show more

I am so amazed at how much my boys love this game. They pass it around between the 3 of them ranging in age between 7 and 18. My oldest would still rater play on his phone, but he does engage with his younger brothers and he play and talks about what he is doing. This game is easy to travel with as well, since it doesn't take up much space. I do find the music annoying, but I feel that way about most games. You can turn the volume all the way off, if needed. They will usually play for 20-30 minutes, then put it down and do something else for a few hours before they come back to it. Since I limit their screen time on other devices, this thing is great, because like I said, it only lasts about 20 minutes before they put it down. Granted on a Saturday they will probably pick it up 4 or 5 times a day. ... show more

This machine is great! High quality construction, great price. I wish it would allow you to install real arcade games though. These are all home brew style. While they are entertaining, it's nothing like the real games. If they would come up with a version that accepts a memory card to play like MAME machines that would be perfect! Screen is nice and bright, with great resolution. The built in games will keep you entertained for many hours. Looks great sitting next to my collection of mini arcade games. At first, I thought the wrap on the device was the actual game, and I got scammed, but when I took the rapper off, it was glorious, clearly, five star material.

    • Fun but simple
Item is a bit over priced for what it is, it does have 200 games in it but is extremely basic. The controls and not intuitive you must push start to select a game not a or b as you might want to try every time you use it even if you know better.

This is a GREAT toy. I am 61 years old and played some of these games in the arcade when I was growing up. So far the toy has worked flawlessly and is holding up well. There are ALOT of games, some of which I would not play, but there are many that make this toy too fun to put down. Well worth the money. I had purchased one for my nephews, for Christmas, but decided it looked like so much fun that I bought one for myself.     • Game freeze. This is garbage.
Many of the best games freeze. The rest are nonsensical copies of bad arcade games. Avoid, and just get a regular emulator handheld.
