As a first time mom, I registered for a couple different types of burp cloths. These are the only ones you need. Really light yet somehow really absorbent, easy to wash. These are nice and wide on the shoulder. Color is beautiful.

I got dozens of burp clothes at my baby shower and these are my favorite! It's a must have! My baby has to drink on her side because she aspirates when she eats. No burp clothes are a necessity for us. Most of my burp clothes are so thin that the milk completely leaks through it. The others are adorable home made burp cloths and they're too thick, like flannel blanket material so they don't absorb. These are perfect. It feels like they have an extra layer of material in the center that helps absorb. They are soft, fluffy and just wonderful. If you ate using or plan to use Dr Brown bottles, they constantly leak so you'll need these.
