I’m 5’4” 165 lb and the large fit perfect and the length was perfect. I loved the polyester stretchy material because it hangs well, didn’t wrinkle, and did not cling to me. The color was navy blue as expected. If you are a taller person looking for floor length this would be a bit short but it was perfect for me no alterations needed. I’m 5’4”, 37-32-43 (bust, waist, hips) and wear a 32D bra. Pros: Nice fabric for semi-formal and formal events. It’s an elastic, slightly crepe-like material which doesn’t look cheap on, and it’s a decent thickness so it doesn’t show every bump and lump. The size M fit me comfortably and is the perfect floor length on me without alterations. The faux-wrap neckline is very flattering too. Cons: The slits on both sides. They come up so high, much higher than the photos show so they really aren’t appropriate for sitting down without accidentally flashing everybody. I thought they would be fine on me since I’m shorter than the model in the photos and the slits wouldn’t hit me as high up, but I was wrong. They come up to about one inch below my butt. I bought this dress for a formal event that requires a lot of sitting down, so it will not work. It looks fine when I stand up because the sides overlap and hide part of the slit, but I cannot safely sit down in it without constantly worrying. So unfortunately this is going back. ... show more

The dress was very nice. It’s a thick material so the dress is heavy, but it seems like a good quality. It’s even quite stretchy and *fits* comfortable. Can’t beat the price point, comparing it to other formal-esque gowns. I did choose to return it because i am a texture person, and i just couldn’t even stand to touch the fabric of this dress, let alone wear it all evening.
