The pros: very, very delicious, good ingredients The con: VERY, VERY SMALL. These bars are about the width of a quarter, they're shockingly small. For the price, I was expecting twice as big as they are. They're child size, they look much bigger in the pictures but they're tiny. And for that reason, I won't be buying again.

Ok, these bars ARE in my opinion THE BEST bars you can get and still feel like you have ate a candy bar without all the fat and and bad things found in one. They are DELICIOUS! I ordered the peanut butter dark chocolate and it is soooo good or was, my box is gone and I have 2 more on then way. I eat one of these mid afternoon and it does not give you that sugar drop off like a sweet candy bar does. One reviewer said sticky, well leave it in the wrapper and pull it up so you don’t get your hands messy. I cannot say enough about these they are chewy, very satisfying and basically 2 bucks a bar. Well worth it! Peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, peanut butter and unsweetened chocolate are just a few of the goodies plus other things listed right on them. 150 calories for a very satisfying bar that makes you think you are cheating if your in a diet, these ARE that good! They have other flavors but I am sticking to this one for now :)

way too sweet, says < 1g sugar and no added sugars, that because they add the sugar substitute allulose (4th ingredient) which they do not call sugar. Misleading and a crappy bar, ruined with all the allulose they added.

I've purchased these many times. I do still like them and have more on order right now. However, the formula and/or manufacturing method was distinctly different for the last few boxes. It appears to have changed over the summer. The most recent boxes have been filled with bars that have a drier and more solid formulation and instead of the raised textures and bumps of seeds that you see in the all of pictures, every bar now appears to have been compacted by a 50-ton press to mold them into perfectly uniform blocks. There are no longer any raised bumps of seeds and nuts. Every edge of the bar is perfectly flat and straight. I still like them enough to keep ordering, but I considered the original bars to merit 5 stars. The new formula and/or manufacturing process isn't as good and has reduced them 4 stars for me.

Munk Pack bars are some of the best bars around for nutrition if you are diabetic or on a Keto diet. They do not bother my blood sugar at all, and I use them for snacks any time of day. My only caution is that if you are sensitive to sugar alcohols; although allulose is not considered a sugar alcohol, it does sometimes affect me in the same way, but less severely than erythritol.

I was Leary when I purchased these bars. Now that I’ve eaten a couple of them there is no reason to be apprehensive, they taste quite good. Trying to break away from all the high fructose corn syrup takes a lot of effort. I’ve become an expert at reading ingredients & these pass the the test. Would recommend these to those of us working at eating healthy.

I wasn't looking for a "keto" bar, just one with lower sugar, but liked that this had mostly recognizable natural ingredients except for the "allulose" (this is described as being naturally found in maple syrup, raisins etc. but their source is non-gmo corn, so assuming it's not akin to "corn syrup"!). So gave it a try and found that it was tasty and though there's a very slight after-taste, it is not a deal-breaker. It's a good choice to throw in my purse when I'm out and about all day and need a little nutrient (not sugary) boost, so I'll add it to my list along with the low sugar Kind bars and Tosi bars I usually get.
