I was skeptical about these, but I can honestly say I noticed a difference when I stopped eating them. I was eating one packet a day and eventually ran out, and I didn’t restock right away. That time in-between purchases there was a noticeable decrease in my milk production. Granted, this could’ve been caused by any number of other confounding variables, but I’ll just keep buying them and assume they’re making a difference. Taste is pretty good. I love that it gives you different products to try cause i like to give it a try before buying a full box or order of something. That way if i dont like it, im not wasting my money on an entire order of something that will go to waste. I love the cookies! They are super tasty and perfect snack size. I ordered a big box of them they are that good. The protein shake mix was okay. Not bad, lightly sweet just a tad bit grainy. The drink mix is really good in a glass of ice water. Better than most ive tried for sure. The tea is actually better than i expected. And its even better qith honey in it. I think i will buy the lemon flavor to try this next time but the berry flavor is really good. I personally like it hot. Im not sure if any of it has helped my production causenits just a sampler varriety pack but worth a shot to try. ... show more

These are so yummy and I think the definitely increased my supply. They are good as a quick alternative but they are pricey. I decided to just make my own after purchasing one time. There are great recipes out there for lactation cookies, you have to buy a few extra ingredients and make them yourself (which can be challenging with a newborn) but it will be more cost effective in the end. But if you don’t mind spending the money, I would for sure recommend! ... show more

I want to start by saying that I LOVE this brand and these cookies and have bought them several times before. I think I got a bad batch this time. They taste odd, some are mushy and not crunchy, some are misshapen. The first bag tasted so bad I couldn’t finish it. I got a second bag thinking it was just a fluke and they were fine. The third bag was again mushy with a horrible taste. These are too expensive to wonder if I’m going to get good cookies when I order. ... show more

Crunchy. Tasty. Actually quite filling too! Not sure if my milk volume has increased (I only eat 1 pack every 2-3 days as my personal intake) … but my baby seems to get possibly more milk from my slacker boob. And is interested in latching there longer than prior. My producer boob so far no change… but I’m 10plus months into nursing (and completed 25 months with my previous baby).. so it’s worth trying these cookies. I will say you might fart more and baby has increased soft formed stools - probably because there’s oats and fiber in them. ... show more
