The media could not be loaded. So I got it and it was with no instruction and I know its simple to install but it took me a second so I had to come back on Amazon to look at picture to make sure I had everything turned right. It at least need instructions or a photo diagram. After I assembled it was good but it did have alot of scratches on it for it to be a NEW item. I paid for that? Come on make sure it is not used cause it looked used ... show more

It does the job for my small business well. I’ve been using it for 5 months and all of my shipping labels scan well, and I also print these large tarot card stickers to sell for my Etsy shop (Know The Unknowable)! The detail of the artwork on the original tarot cards are transferred seemlessly onto the thermal printing paper. Superb quality printing and the customer service I received just now is unmatched. The other day I lost the power cord while I was moving and the seller is sending me a new one as a courtesy which is why I felt I should come finally leave a review!
